this guy is incredible
This book is incredible. It's lays out a framework to meditate and also therapize yourself. It's a handbook for those who are lost in a way that no book I have read before.
I grew up reading self help and psychology books in an effort to figure out my own and my families "stuff". No book has ever addressed the core issues of self compassion and love in such a nuanced, clear, implementable way.
Meditation and IFS is something you can do on your own or with others and can change your life. It's free and only asks that you pay attention, to yourself, others, the world around you.
