I reco this book, with warnings :)
An very important book to listen to. Great techniques for not just pain management, but general emotional and life regulation.
* Should have had another narrator, the authors read is distracting. Editing is patchy. Suggest listen speed is minumum 1.5, can easilty be 1.8.
