Persuaded by Juliet Stevenson to enjoy audible
Just loved the way Juliet Stevenson narrated my favourite Jane Austen novel. Each character came alive. I especially liked the way Miss Stevenson narrated Mary Musgrove; I felt I was at Uppercross. And Anne Elliot and Captain Wentworth calm alive as I walked with them through Milsom Street to the Gravel. On the whole a very enjoyable experience.

exceptional narration
exceptional narration and lively characterization ! Juliet Stevenson was a wonderful narrator who brought my favorite jane austen novel and charaters alive with all the wit, vivacity and creativty of a talented actress of stage and film. i am recalled to her wonderful and witty acting performance in jane austens 1996 adaptaion of emma! she was an unforgetable character for me in that film and brought her exceptional acting skills to bare in her creative and colourful naration here! i Hope you enjoy !

Excellent!
For anyone who enjoys Jane Austin - great for listening as you work or relax. I enjoyed the narration, the character voices and hearing the tale as it appears in the book.

Impossible to follow in audio while multi-tasking
You are better off buying the book and reading it.
Very difficult to follow while doing other chores. Requires 100% focus and attention in order to properly enjoy and follow what is happening.
