À propos de cet audio
Where is your mind? How does your body feel?
If you focus your mind on guilt and regret, you are not fully living, because you can’t live in the past. If you focus your mind on worry and fear, you are not fully living, because you can’t live in the future. If you have no clue how your body feels, you are not fully living.
Mindfulness is the practice of being here now, of becoming aware of your breath and your body, of tapping into positive energy that lets you be aware of the joy in your life and move away from the negative energy of worry, fear, guilt, and regret.
Practicing mindfulness can improve well-being and physical and mental health - including lowering blood pressure, improving sleep, and reducing depression, anxiety, pain, and gastrointestinal issues.
Mindfulness brings forth happiness and joy. Another source of happiness is concentration. The energy of mindfulness conveys within it the energy of concentration.
Whether you are a novice at becoming more mindful or you’re moved away from your mindfulness practice in the rush of everyday life, Practicing Mindfulness can help you get out of your preoccupied mind and into your life. The practice of mindfulness can convey to you that you are important and worth the benefits you will gain when you quiet the chatter in your head and notice the world and your breath.
