It really is a journey.
The subtitle of this book is PERFECT, because believe me, pregnancy and giving birth really IS a journey and this book genuinely helped me prepare and deal with the bumps in the road when they appeared (and they will appear!). Very good narrator.

Listen to it twice.
Fantastic book but I recommend you listen to it twice as it contains a lot of information - but all is laid out in a very clear and easy to follow way. I loved how it went between facts and then stories of her own pregnancy. As someone else said, it felt like having a chat with a wise friend.

So grateful
I am almost certain I first heard about this book on a podcast.
I got this book about a day after I found out I was pregnant and throughout the whole journey (and after our son was born), this book has been my constant wise friend and companion. I have two friends who are pregnant and I bought them both a copy as soon as I found out, that is how much I loved it and how much value I gleamed from it.
