It is no easy thing, to give a person—any one person—the ability to rewrite the truth of power in this world. How could any one being hold in their hands the key to fate and not succumb to the inevitable corruption of such a thing?

Arthur Leywin's quest for the power he knows only as Fate becomes even more pressing as his most dangerous foes gain a terrible new power. When the war between the dragons of Epheotus and the basilisks of Alacrya erupts across Dicathen, the people Arthur cares about most find themselves trapped in a clash of deities. The only way to master Fate and protect them, though, is to place them directly in harm's way in the ultimate gambit.

love this story keeps me engaged and before I knew it the story was over. I still am getting use to the new narrator not to say that it was a necessarily bad I think it is more how peak Travis is. Even when it comes to preforming female rolls I've never had a narrator who is able to develope a character with voice alone like Travis does. Travis is the true God spell and possibly the Legacy of narration. excited for the anime coming this year hopefully they do your story justice turtleme you have a gem here. happy to hear you have been directly involved in its production

Travis did a solid job narrating as others have said. but Elizabeth is just not it. her giving jasmine a Russian accent in chapter 38 out of nowhere is weird. she didn't have an accent like that. and hearing her constant breathing after every sentence is really distracting.

story was solid. female narrator was not the best

This story is one of my favorite of all time. They author or Audible has made the worst decision bringing in Elizabeth Evans. She’s monotone with the same voices for every woman. She even mispronounced the second word in this book. As much as I love Travis Baldree I don’t think I’ll buy the next book if Elizabeth is on it.
I can’t wait for the show to start in April!

Amazing story bad female narrator
