Nobody writes middle America like John Updike.
Updike is a genius, listening to the booming 70’s while inflation is going wild in 2021.. This series really holds up and ages better than well.. Also, only Updike can write all the filthy thoughts that a man can’t describe! The swinging 70’s indeed..
