Slow getting in
Found it difficult at first I think bc the story jumped around so much but eventually came to love it, very easy read, went by fast. Looking forward to the sequel.

I fell in love with the narrator!
I liked the narrator befor and now I LOVE her. She made the story come alive. Soooo good. Lisa Jewell has written a remarkable story...full of intrigue, suspense and love. It was perfect. Cant wait to re-read book 2 and 3 again.

Couldn't be bothered finishing this one
Narrator saved me from turning it off after an hour, but unlike Lisa Jewell's other works the plot is lacking. Too much detail about boring drivel. Couldn't finish it.

Don't read if you love Lisa Jewell
So dumb. Sorry not sorry. I am a huge LJ fan but this was drivel. Maybe she had a cold during the 3 days she banged this garbage out. Not even Imogen Church could save it.
The situations were so implausible and over dramatic. I listened to the end hoping for some monumental TAAAADAAAA but none arrived. Barf.
