As war veteran Ray Jones Jr. struggles to adapt to life as a triple amputee, the unthinkable happens: a wave of zombie attacks cripple the nation. Still shambling around on his new set of prosthetic legs, Ray must lead a small band of survivors out of LA before the military launches an air strike with the most deadly incendiary ever created. In just a few days, the zombie-infested city will be wiped from the map in a fiery cataclysm. And, as if the zombie apocalypse wasn't bad enough, when Los Angeles' electrical grid crashes, Ray faces another terrifying crisis. His new prosthetic limbs must be detached from his body and charged for six hours each night. On the Planet of the Dead, where electricity and safety are suddenly the two rarest commodities, Ray must fight his way through hordes of zombies by day, and by nightfall, still manage to find enough shelter and power to keep himself Recharged!
