Probably worth a ready, but it is niche.
It’s too bad Audible doesn’t allow for 3.5 ratings, as it isn’t quite a 4/5 and isn’t quite a 3/5.
It is a bit heavy on nutrition, which is good, but not something that will be easy to understand if you are not familiar with basic nutrition.
Overall, it is something I think everyone should read, which is why I have it at a 4. It isn’t too long, isn’t too short, and isn’t too expensive.
I wish this book contained chapter titles and bit more of a guided approach. Sure, we know we need this and that, but please put it into an easy-to-follow to-do list.
