About rebuilding sexuality after trauma.
The author definitely takes a different approach to dealing with trauma than most. Despite having sections on dealing with early stages of sexual trauma, this book is definitely not a primer. I would only suggest it if you’re far enough along in dealing with any sexual trauma that your actively looking to re-engage in sexual activity. Even then you’ll probably still need the help of an experienced professional in sexual wellbeing, but this book could be a nice motivation or general guide for some.
