Guilt is one of the main negative emotions that all of us experience in life. Although not a good feeling, it is not bad in itself and is a natural experience, helping us to determine the difference between right and wrong. It only becomes a problem when we hold onto past or unnecessary guilt for too long and in such a way that it stops us from moving on in life.
This hypnotherapy recording is designed to help you to release unnecessary or past guilt and shame, so you can fulfill your potential now. When you use this hypnosis recording successfully it doesn't mean that you won't feel guilt or shame again, because if you did something bad in the future I would hope that you would feel the appropriate level of guilt. However it does mean that you will be able to put things in perspective and be able to experience guilt at an appropriate level or not at all in the future, in proportion to the situation in which you find yourself.
