Not necessary

I didn't need this - I mostly let it play while I worked. I really, really dislike this narrator so it was a bit of a trial.
The rest of the series is phenomenal, as is the narrator.
Feel free to take a pass on this one unless you really want to know about Robert's origins, but the full books are fantastic and something I often go back to.
