Great book for, well, midpack runners
This is a wonderful audiobook for midpack runners, as per the title. It speaks to motivation, training, race logistics, and more, in a way that is informative without being overwhelming. As someone that has gotten into running more seriously but has no competitive aspirations, it was quite a worthy work to listen to. I have been recommending it since I finished it.
