great mystery/love story. I really enjoyed it.
couldn't stop listening. Held me captive until the end. Nora Roberts does it again and again.

narration was subpar.
good story, but too many characters for one voice actor. the men sounded like old ladies and made it difficult to stay in the story.

Read it before
I’d read this long ago and remember loving it. I found I couldn’t get past some of the male behaviours this time - definitely showed that it was written years ago. I really didn’t care for the accents put on by the narrator. Too bad. Nora’s still the best in my opinion.

Very drawn out
I normally love Nora Roberta work but this one took me a very long time to get through. I found it to be very drawn out and didn’t capture my interest m.

Speed reading!
I am an avid reader of Nora Roberts work and was anticipating this audible book. I could not enjoy it however as the narrator was reading at a pace that didn’t allow for absorbing the scene and story. It was very uncomfortable and I had to switch off. It felt as if she wanted to get it over with. Not good. I’m afraid this has put me off the book.
