I have nearly died on the operating table three times, and I was repeatedly told I would never physically excel...and yet, after much blood, sweat, tears, and prayer, I fulfilled an unimaginable childhood dream! The fact that I’m still alive and well and have achieved what I was told would be impossible is a journey I believe needs to be shared. My story is one of faith, healing, and, above all, hope.

Listening to Danny's story and how the title is applicable to his life events. I was moved by the lessons learned through his experiences and how others like myself could apply these lesson to my life. as I am sure other listeners and readers could, too. The applied faith throughout the events not just Danny's faith but the shared faith via his family, friends and encounters. How faith made difficult events more endurable and accepting of outcomes regardless of what the actual outcomes would be. Thank you Danny for thoughtfully sharing your experiences many of which I found to be similar or relatable to some of my own, being an open heart surgery survivor and a survivor of life's many tragedies. The thoughtful description of events can be applicable to many events in life that leave scars.
