Honestly a really satisfying listen. Never a dull moment even when nothing was going on. I didn't find any scene boring. While nothing was drawn out, nothing was rushed either. The pace was steady, the story was easy to follow, and well written in my opinion. It was overall pretty low stakes and you know it's going to be a happy ending, so at no point are you stressed.

A good book if you're into the whole Neverland thing, sexy pirates (I'm 99.% sure Hook from Once Upon A Time was the inspo for this Hook) and want a book that isn't going to require you to read a recovery book after - and if you NEED a book to be your recovery book after an epic/stressful book/series - 10/10 do recommend this one.
