Excellent book for any communicator

I've been a big fan of Ken's work for a long time. He is truly a gifted communicator who has worked very hard to master his craft. This book is your how-to guide to being an effective communicator. It is full of practical, actionable strategies, and proven techniques to improve your ability to communicate. If you do any kind of teaching, preaching, or speaking, I highly recommend it!
