Great and Innovative Book on Self-Leadership
My manager recommended our whole team to read this book, and I really enjoyed it. It delivers a lot of self-leadership, self-development, and communication lessons all through the art of storytelling. The approach this book takes is different from most of the self development and career management books I've read, I'd definitely recommend it.

they foucused so much on the ridiculous story that they actually forgot train you on the one-minute-manager or any managing techniques. They kinda expect you to spot the good points among all the gibberish... I am very disappointed

This story / parable is written and narrated as though the reader / listener is in grade 2.
I do not know why I listened to the whole thing, I guess I hoped for some brilliant lesson at the end that would have made it all worthwhile.
