The Blackfoot Confederacy is made up of the Siksika, Kainai, Piikani, and Amskapi Piikuni Nations of Southern Alberta and Montana.

Oki!! So grateful for this book, hope my words find you. My mom was tribe brave dogs clan eagle rib, unfortunately I and her was taken away from are culture, found my roots later in life very recently and learning trying to absorb as much knowledge as I can learning Siksika language. Feel so blessed that so much knowledge that still remains. Many thanks from lost but found Métis so glad my auntie welcomed me with open arms and even allowing me to change my adopted white parental government names back to my original family name from Yvonne White from great great grandpa Joe littleChief branch brings me great sorrow and gratitude see how many of ancestors fought to keep are culture alive to this day so I could relearn are ways look forward to more books. Kitamattsino.
