Too many authors write their stories to a climax happening at the end. The audience is not uneducated or fickle, we want crescendos 1/3 or 1/2 way into the book. If you want to write a story I’ll remember, give me something to think about. So far, not bad, but hopefully these two authors don’t fall into complacency.
