À propos de cet audio
We’re each comprised of a body, a soul, and a spirit, but the soul and the spirit are two different entities. We intuitively understand that in order to be healthy we must take care of our bodies. - Mind, including our thoughts
- Will, including our desires
- Emotions, including our feelings
In Soul Wholeness, we discuss three types of soul wounds
1.Triggers (misreading the present in light of the pains of the past)
2.Guilt + shame (wrapping our identity in where we are, what we’ve done, or what’s been done to us)
3.Soul ties (heart connections to “bad” things, or entanglements with “good” things for the wrong reasons)
Health involves not only spiritual wholeness, but also soul wholeness, because the body is different than the spirit and the spirit is different than the soul.
In this book, we’ll explore the world of our emotions, our mindset, and more…to truly live healthy from the inside-out.
