Fantastic story centered around Leia
About time Leia got her own focused story that shows why she's as great as she is! My only minor complaint would be the narrator doing the make voices. It just doesn't sound right for Han Solo, C-3P0 etc.

Claudia Gray does it again!
Thinking about Carrie Fisher while reading this book will make you misty eyed. Such a beautiful story, expanding the character of the Princess we all know and love. We never really got to see Leia process her feelings towards her father before. This story develops that and so much more! Really cool to see the New Republic and more of the Criminal Underworld. I love how they hint at the problems that will be addressed in the Sequel Trilogy. January LaVoy does a phenomenal job in the narration and voice acting. All the characters were distinct and had great stories/emotion. This is a must read if you enjoy Leia!

Surpassed my expectations.
I was shocked at how this book truly exceeded my expectations. I read the Aftermath books and Last Shot, but I would say I enjoyed this the most of all of them.

performance issues.
good book. highly political story. Leia is great. a great story to explaine the rise of the resistance and hints to1st order.
the narrator made this book hard to listen to, mono toned and her male voices sounded to female and forced.

Claudia Gray is a Star Wars book master
All three of Claudia Gray’s Star Wars books are amazing! This is a political thriller and a great one at that. It does a good job of laying the ground work for the state of the galaxy and the new republic and sets up the the force awakens very nicely.

Bloodline story
I loved this story with Leia and Ransolm Casterfo's characters. The narrative's performance was very good too. I had a good time to read this book.

I love this book!
January LaVoy does an amazing job reading this. Her voice reminds me of Leia. I love the action sounds as well. I felt like I was listening to a movie!

One of the best!!!
Like many I’m not a big fan of the sequel trilogy. This book brings light and explanations to MANY things I felt that were missed in the movies. The story is great, the performance is excellent as well. I’ve read/listened to many other pre-sequel books like the Aftermath and Alphabet Squadron trilogies respectively, And while they were good and explained some things, this book was fantastic!! Not my favourite era of star wars but this book has fast my become one of my favourite Star Wars books of all time!!!
