À propos de cet audio
The contrast between ancient culture and today's society is that people worked on their feet in the fields or on a warehouse floor, rather than behind a computer screen. People worked physically because that was the only way to work; after all, that is why it was called labor! People could frequently eat anything they wanted since they were expending much more calories than they were consuming.
But, like all good things, it has gone, and modern technology has left us in one condition: overweight. Our lifestyles have altered dramatically, and our luxuries have multiplied tenfold. As they say, every rose has a thorn, and in our culture, the desire to live comfortably and work less has started to manifest around the waistline.
The bad news is that as you gain weight, the risk increases. Extra weight spells sickness; whether it is diabetes or a heart problem, it is unavoidable if you do nothing. You must be proactive in weight growth and work it off till you lose control. It is not necessary to be toned and sculpted, but rather to be of a non-life-threatening weight. You can concentrate on your abs later; for now, you simply need to lose some excess body fat.
