Helpful

The guy doesn’t speak in a very slow and calming voice. It’s jerky and uneven speeds. Then right at the end when you’re sleeping pretty good, he talks again and unless you’ve fallen in a very deep sleep, it wakes you up. But after only 3 nights I do feel more calm.
