Sunrise Stillness was created by musicians and yogis who, in their studies, have come to understand the power of breath and sound for healing and achieving inner peace.
We believe that the road to peace will look different for everyone, but one thing is certain, it will most definitely take work. Healing work. Like, sitting-with-yourself-every-morning kind of work. Doing so will allow you to gain clarity, shift your priorities, and re-find your True Self. In your stillness, you may find that emotions and thoughts may come up. We encourage you to sit with them and observe them without judgment, much like you would a balloon peacefully drifting in the sky.
So, what is one thing that you'd like to change about your life right now? Perhaps you're feeling that you're ready to begin meditating daily. Or maybe, you'd like to incorporate a nightly breathing practice to help you attain deep, consistent sleep.
