Colonel James Donovan finds himself again knee-deep in another conspiracy, with a plot hatched in the Bahamas that takes him back to Havana. The new Colonel Donovan makes a deal in Cuba for the new CIA—the US Foreign Intelligence Agency which will protect American Democracy from all enemies foreign and domestic.
