Sweet Meadowlark by Jan Yoxall is the second audio from the new series of meditations for children called The Great Spirit Series For little Souls. It contains three tracks:

  • 'All About Sweet Meadowlark'
  • 'Meadowlark and the Prarie Dogs'
  • 'Grandmother Kate's Magic Cloud'

This audio will help children with creativity, confidence, and self esteem. The meditations are built around the life of Sweet Meadowlark, a little Native American girl, and her family. Use of this programme will encourage children to be imaginative, with a respect for people, animals, and the world around them.

Using this download at bedtime or for general relaxation will help to focus energy and develop self awareness, encouraging children to relax naturally and develop a sense of security and inner peace.

"We listen to your downloadss every day, Aura (who is 6) & Neo (who is 4) & me (who is much older!) love them both. Aura couldn't sleep last night as her back molars are coming through so she snuggled in with me & we put Sweet Meadowlark on & she settled straight away, I agree they are definitely like a great big hug! We listen to them at all kinds of times: when we are being creative, bedtime, bathtime, quiet time etc etc!
