With those he cares about safe and sound in the city of Savannah, Derek sets off to help another.
After a successful auction, the young Prince Edgar requested Derek’s help on an issue that concerned the safety of the entire Kingdom of Cydaria. A new, level 250 raid dungeon appeared, and Edgar needed the kingdom’s elite to help clear it before the unstable dungeon overflowed, or even worse, broke. Leaving his shop in the trusting hands of Malorie, and with everyone’s insistence that he go, Derek agreed to the prince’s request and joined him and the others on the raid. However, the dungeon wasn’t what anyone was expecting, and when they went inside, they found that it was a trial dungeon: A dungeon with various trials and obstacles one must overcome to complete it. Not only was a trial dungeon rare and virtually non-existent in raids, but the entire dungeon was also under a time dilation—causing the time inside the dungeon to pass at a different speed than the time outside. Now, with two trials completed and another team working on a third, Derek was able to take time to focus on his own Class Upgrade. But after initiating it, he ran into a new problem—the Great System seemed unable to help and thus requested assistance.
With another possible system in play, will it be a one-time assistance? Or will it stick around? If it does stick around, will it help or cause problems? And most importantly, what happened to Silvi’s cookies? Did they burn, or was Malorie able to save them in time?

A decent breakdown of the system
I enjoyed this book, Derek is a great OP character. I specifically enjoyed seeing more of his bonded companion. A bit short but still greatly anticipating the next book.

The elite dungeon is hard but not for legendary class
The MC is overpowered as usual but the story line is interesting as are all the interactions with the other characters. Melody learns how the manage the shop. The "maniac" is still learning new skills. Roman gets a lot of money from a bidding sale for potions. Dereck gets new skills fighting and evolve some void skills and has a glave custom smithed. Sparky gets a bounded beast. Alana master her siren skills. Nathalie helps the kingdom and get king Edwin in massive debt toward her for all the scrolls used. Sylvie saves little sparky and gets the king to pay her service with ingredients. She also saves the elite's dungeon divers by finishing off the last boss. Everyone got very busy, so the pace of the story is quick and varied. No dull moments with the MC. The narrator did a good job.

Enjoyable.
Gets good near the end of the boom. found it too short without enough progression. there was also way to much stat reviews. in a physical book that would be fine but as an audio book it gets tedious. Overall the setup appears done to enter into some better storyline. looking forward to the next book.

kinda felt like a side story
at the end all I said was "wait that's it "
felt like we spent more time waiting for something to happened only for it to be a insta win. worth a credit but hope the next book is a little bit longer without stat updates for every character in the book .

Good but very long winded.
good story but it's getting more and more long winded with the most basic of actions. E.X. Silvy gets a taste tester so I better describe it with a whole chapter...
