This book details the legislative deficiencies that have permitted and encouraged misfeasance, or abuses of power, within Canadian police leadership and the use of an officer's Oath of Secrecy to suppress concerns from the few whistleblowers who have had the courage to come forward.

Anyone who pays taxes in Canada needs to educate themselves on these issues and demand more of politicians who have allowed millions of dollars of taxpayer funds to be spent protecting those in power and prosecuting anyone who threatens to expose the systemic misfeasance.
