I couldn't believe I was listening to an Audiobook. The narration was so natural, it sounded improvised and genuine. This is a multi-listen book for sure.

This booked really helped me notice mine as well as others, gremlins. It helped me in the midst of chaos within myself step aside and notice that the anxiety wasn’t actually mine or necessary. I feel so much better and so much progress after finishing this book.
