Simple changes for big results
I learned simple techniques for big changes. I have already recommended to my walking group. I particularly liked the chapter on changing your habits. She is very relatable.

An absolute MUST READ (or listen :))
Liz breaks down habits like I have never heard before! I couldn't recommend this book more. Do yourself a favour and get this book! It's not just about will power, you must break old habits and create new ones and she helps you break it down into manageable steps. Seriously one of the best books I've read!

Great tips, but frequent name dropping
I really liked the book. Liz is right, we've all done it 100 times before and know the fundamentals. The targets made perfect sense. We need to make changes to see changes whether sleep, stress reduction, etc. The only thing I was not a fan of was the frequent name dropping, I had to skip or tune out those parts as it became irritating... the only reason I gave 3 stars on the story.

Ughhhh glad I didn’t waste your time or a credit
We get it already. You apparently helped every famous person ever. And no new information. She lost me at her 100 targets. Don't count anything, plans that make you count suck and don't work BUT count your carbs and drink 12-13 cups of water a day. Life is sooooo much more and longer than some stupid 8 week plan BUT I have a 10 week plan for you. Inflexible plans are the absolute worst BUT you have to stick to my 100's.
Ughhhh just another low carb fab book all dressed up in name drops. Save your time.
