Much of what he discusses seems superficial or obvious to me. I would have liked it if he dug deeper. While he uses some language differently than I and others do, I don't think there's anything unique or exceptional about the principles he offers. Though for folks who need reminders or want to keep this stuff top of mind, it might be helpful. The PDF worksheet that accompanies the book would be super helpful in that regard.
In sum, I appreciate the author's sense of fairness, integrity and character. I'd highly recommend this book if you're looking to build a business based on personal service. Otherwise, I'm not sure how useful the book's advice will be to you.
