A great, counter-intuitive process for sales.
Allan has written a nice little antidote to the common sales practices we are inundated with. I really enjoyed the underlying concept that you benefit more when you help the buyer vs "closing/selling/coercing" then into a sale that they later regret. I also found that looking back, most of my sales success has come from using some of the techniques unknowingly. Looking forward to becoming more aware of where I can improve using Al's Secrets.
