Love Drew and all the work he does
Drew is a tell it like it is no nonsense yet empathetic man who has gone through it and felt it all. His podcasts are great, so I bought his book and joined his Facebook group. The book was very helpful providing clear expectations about anxiety, how to feel it and move through it on your journey to healing.

It is great!
I’ve suffered from anxiety for over four years. I’ve tried everything from medication to counselling to cbd oil to prayer. I know nothing has worked so after finishing this book, I know this has to work since nothing will except this exposure method. I realize it won’t be easy and that’s okay because I’m ready. I’m ready to get my life back. Thank you for this. I wish that I knew about this book a long time ago and I would have had a much better time in life. I know this has to work because nothing else will. Take it from me.
