Great Tom Clancy!
If you like Tom Clancy, this is a great book.
As with all of his books, the military and action stuff is super.
The personal relationships stuff is klunky and weird.
But it’s a great light read (or listen).

A Tom Clancy Classic
The narrator for these Tom Clancy books is really quite good. He is perfect of Clancy's books and all their secret plots and military tactics.

excellent overall
Michael Prichard does an excellent narration. I think he also narrates Red Storm Rising. This book is good, predictable story line. I have enjoyed all Tom Clancy books so far. Can't go wrong with this book.

The end as far as I'm concerned
could have been half as long without all the right-wing political grandstanding and racism. cracks started showing in debt of honor and this is where it fell apart for me.

Meh
Decent book. By this point, the Jack Ryan novels were starting to get a bit silly. A little too much politics and making your guy president pretty pretentious. Still, the military stuff is great. 6.5 stars out of 10.
