Misleading post chapter content
I bought this under the impression I was going to be able to access the accompanying PDF content (for chapter end review), however after purchasing the book I came to realize that was not the case.. After contacting Steve Nison through his website, saying that I had already purchased the audiobook and wanted to have the chapter end content, I was told I needed to re purchase the hardcopy of the book.. This book emphasizes how good the end of chapter content is.. and then doesn't provide the additional material......

Difficult to follow as there are many references to Exhibits but the course does not offer the pdf along with it.
