Nice idea but difficult to reference.

An audio cookbook is a neat idea however I found it difficult to use this book as a resource book. It’s a giant pain in the butt to have to keep pausing the reading so I can take notes. I briefly considered playing back the reading slowly and then typing out all of the recipes, however I decided my time would be better spent just finding a written cookbook.
