Description
The Fall of Moscow Station: Booktrack Edition adds an immersive musical soundtrack to your audiobook listening experience!*
When a body with Russian military tattoos is found floating in a lake outside Berlin, the CIA immediately takes notice. And the murder coincides with the defection of one of the CIA's upper-level officers. Alden Maines crosses the Rubicon and decides to cash in as a double agent for Russia. But Arkady Lavrov of Russia's intelligence service (GRU) has other plans. He immediately announces Maines's defection to the world and then pumps him for every last ounce of intel. Analyst Jonathan Burke and agent Kyra Stryker are up against their most formidable enemy yet, and their lives and the fate of America's most important assets in the New Cold War hang in the balance.
*Booktrack is an immersive format that pairs traditional audiobook narration to complementary music. The tempo and rhythm of the score are in perfect harmony with the action and characters throughout the audiobook. Gently playing in the background, the music never overpowers or distracts from the narration, so listeners can enjoy every minute. When you purchase this Booktrack edition, you receive the exact narration as the traditional audiobook available, with the addition of music throughout.

Great Listen,comtemporary Espionage Fiction.
This one hit all the marks for me, and being a fan of the Genre helped of course. Not Navy Seal this or Cold War of the Yore. Contemoprary, timely and intriguing listen, would like more of the same. Highly recommend for any Espionage fan.

It doesn’t get better.
The publisher’s summary of this book is confusing and misses the point. It does not do the book justice. There are two starting points: the Russian discovery of a mole in its intelligence apparatus, and the American discovery of a mole in its. From those points the book diverges radically from the usual spy and mole plot. The narrative follows two parallel story lines which are mutually reinforcing and are well knitted together at the unexpected ending. The characters are subject to layered mind games, and there is a great deal of superbly choreographed action. For all its twists and turns the book is never hard to follow. The narration is excellent, including the necessary accents. There is an accompanying music track which enhances the narration. And the language is never vulgar or sacrilegious, proving that an author can write authentically without vulgarity. This book is better than anything even a master like Tom Clancy has ever written. If properly marketed this should become a bestseller.
