Well done on human personalities
Tom "Big Al" Schreiter is very knowledgeable on MLM. He tells you like it is in plain English. No fluff and loads of great examples of how to apply what he teaches. I never get tired of his books. They are short and can be completed in just a couple of hours. One a week is what I did and it was extremely helpful.

A Personality Experts Take on This Book
To be honest I found the book to be very derogatory about the different colours. I know he said up front that he would be exaggerating in his descriptions and he probably meant it to be lighthearted and funny. However, there were a number of times while listening to the book I felt quite angry.
He starts the book saying it is based on 4 temperaments but he let’s himself off the hook in his disclaimers at the start of the book, which was smart because his description of the four colours (temperaments) is not entirely accurate. I have spent the last 15+ years studying temperament and am an author on the topic myself.
I know he is considered an expert in the field and has quite a following. Some of the information in the book was good I just did not like the way it was presented.
