Heartfelt and just real
It's no wonder Trent's podcast that followed the book is called "straight up". His story, delivery and his actionable learnings are humbling and just overall real. It's a great book for someone who's considering practicing personal development, but just doesn't know where to start. An easy and inspiring listen!!
