À propos de cet audio
My son was in the hospital ICU for a month, on a ventilator, with a 40 percent chance of survival.
Only 30 days after his hospital release, he was arrested for drug possession.
This was the beginning of his three years of incarceration.
He was placed on IV antibiotics on two different occasions.
In the last year of his sentence, he was transferred to a “high security” state prison.
A very dangerous place for anyone to be.
After a whispered phone call from my son, telling me that he just wanted me to know that he loves me no matter what, I became overwhelmed with the thought that something was very wrong, and that this could be the last time I speak to my son.
This was the point in my life when I realized that there was absolutely nothing that I could do to control or change the situation.
Come with me on this journey of self-assessment, learning to let go, and giving it all to the only one who is really in control.
We didn’t cause it, we can’t control it, and we can’t cure it!
If you find yourself in a situation where there is nowhere else to turn, you can benefit from this story of hopelessness to overwhelming joy.
