À propos de cet audio
The night was unforgiving. Rain poured down in relentless sheets, drumming against the windshield of David Carter’s battered sedan. The wipers fought a losing battle against the downpour, and visibility was reduced to only a few feet ahead. The road stretched before him in eerie silence, flanked by towering trees that swayed violently in the wind. The only signs of civilization were the occasional rusted road signs, barely visible under the dim glow of his flickering headlights.
David’s knuckles were white as he gripped the steering wheel, his exhaustion pressing down on him like a heavyweight. He had been driving for hours, his destination still miles away, and the storm had only worsened. The last thing he needed was to skid off the slick road or run out of gas in the middle of nowhere. A neon sign flickered through the darkness as he considered pulling over to rest.
