À propos de cet audio
The surprising art of caring less and getting more.
Are you stressed out, overbooked, and underwhelmed by life? Fed up with pleasing everyone else before you please yourself?
It's time to stop giving a f--k.
This brilliant, hilarious, and practical parody of Marie Kondo's best seller The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up explains how to rid yourself of unwanted obligations, shame, and guilt - and give your f--ks instead to people and things that make you happy.
The easy-to-use, two-step NotSorry Method for mental decluttering will help you unleash the power of not giving a f--k about:
- Family drama
- Having a "bikini body"
- Iceland
- Coworkers' opinions, pets, and children
- And other bullshit!
And it will free you to spend your time, energy, and money on the things that really matter. So what are you waiting for? Stop giving a f--k, and start living your best life today!

Stress is our internal response to an experience that our brain perceives as threatening or challenging. Trauma is our response to an experience in which we feel powerless or lacking agency. Until now, researchers have treated these conditions as different, but they actually lie along a continuum. Dr. Elizabeth Stanley explains the significance of this continuum, how it affects our resilience in the face of challenge, and why an event that's stressful for one person can be traumatizing for another.

Hilarious and straightforward
This collection of should-be-common-sense tactics is hilariously executed and worth the read. It was jarring to be reminded of the things in my own life that I was giving attention / money to that I shouldn't be.

Un must!

Good read
Pretty straightforward and self-explanatory, but I didn’t enjoy it and I read the whole book. It does have some useful knowledge in it as well. Would recommend to anyone who needs to learn how to set boundaries or is learning mindfulness within their daily life.
