The book reads better than the narrator
Remember all those infomercials that play after midnight? The narrator is the embodiment of those commercial voices.
The book reads better unfortunately here. There is some good information to listen too but it all comes across as one 9 hour infomercial after midnight.

Good info if you can stand the narration.
There is lots of great info in this book. Unfortunately, as mentioned, the infomercial style narrator and constant bell chiming became unbearable. I’ll find it in print.

I’m a big fan of Shift, but this book isn’t special
Shift is the book I recommend the most to other REALTORS® but this book just isn’t that useful. Very basic stuff you hear at most training sessions and seminars.
I do like the focus on treating it as a business, but that’s about it. Really boring performance. Very bland, dull, hard to follow, and none of the chapters are labelled. This should be re-done.

Could not listen to all the bell sounds
The sample sounds great. Then you get to chapter 2 and it is filled with bell sounds that are incredibly distracting. I have ADHD and had to return the book after hearing about 30 bell sounds in just a few minutes. Probably is a good book, if you're not easily distracted.
