Habits!
The Miracle Morning does a great job on conveying how to get our day started to by creating the habit every morning of taking time for yourself through meditation, exercise and journaling and reading. Book was easy to get through and highly recommend!

Great collective principals
I liked the book, speaker/reader appeared very rushed and gave a sense of rush in listening to the book. The story accompanying the message in the book is intertwined well with the concepts. For "Real Estate Agents" as it might sound like a magic pill for success I will take it with the grain of salt. The book is more about encouraging you to get more low-density materials over a long stretch of storytelling and links you up with the next book. Good marketing strategy.
Overall for the first step of self-improvement, it is a great start to get the wheels rolling.
