I bought this book on a whim, and was preparing myself for disappointment due to having no reviews and a low price point. I ended up being pleasantly surprised at how it took off, it didn't lean heavily on theory and complicated methodology, and was very to-the-point, easy to follow, and relatable for those in the fire service, and those who are not. We will definitely be using some of the lessons given, as well as promoting this book as a must-read for all the members of the department who are, or who would like to be, in a leadership position. The only difficulty I had with this title was the narration, it was a bit difficult to stay engage with.
