When Dr. Paul Gevers starts working as a prison psychologist in beautiful Cedar Creek, Texas, he is impressed with the orderly running of the institution. But when a scrawny, young inmate named Miguel confidentially reports he is being sexually harassed by a prison gang, Paul discovers the warden might be trying to sabotage his efforts to help.
