You remember the story: some locations did better than others on Covid because some locations followed the rules, and others foolishly ignored them. Covid spread was your fault, you science hater! There is precisely zero evidence behind any aspect of this morality play, which is demolished by this book. Diary of a Psychosis is different from all other books on Covid: it traces the development of the government response as it happened, bit by bit, and subjects it to relentless scrutiny: did any of it do any good?

loved it.
Malice is hilarious and insightful. a deep dive into the new right phenomenon and the first that has come close to describing the phenomenon. Malices voices are amazing, his Jared Taylor was especially hilarious. I highly recommend this to anyone that's a fan of malice of interested in this new right phenomenon..

Overdue and important
Michael Malice deftly delivers his take on the changes occurring on the right wing of the American political spectrum as only he can. While those of us who follow these matters will find a much of the phenomenon and characters in Malice’s presentation to be familiar, normies will be shocked and hopefully enlightened.
Malice narrates as only he can, bringing the text to life. It is my hope that he goes back and re-records the text of his previous work “Dear Reader” in his own voice.
This work comes highly recommended.

Entertaining and Informative...
The book delivers full Malice as expected. While most will miss the final in-joke of, "last but certainly least Tom Woods", I am sure that they will get many of the jokes and appreciate the irony and ridicule. This is a serious topic and Malice has delivered. But he did it in an interesting way and made me laugh out loud a number of times. Even my sons, who hate politics, loved some of the parts and could not help laughing at some of the ridicule.
Malice is an anarchist and begins the book with a shocking (to ordinary people) quote from Murray N. Rothbard's, For a New Liberty: The Libertarian Manifesto. He goes on to give a review of such Libertarian, New Right, and Conservative luminaries as Ayn Rand, Leonard Read, Ludwig von Mises, Ron Paul, Hans-Hermann Hoppe, Lysander Spooner, Ron Paul, and Murray Rothbard. He takes his shot at everyone, mentions the autistic types that one finds in the Libertarian movement but gets hist shots in on everyone even as he says quite a few kind things.
He talks about New Right personalities like Mike Cernovich, Anne Coulter, Jared Taylor, Alex Jones, Mencius Moldbug, Milo Yiannopoulos, Chris Cantwell, and plenty of others. He takes his shots but is not afraid to credit good ideas even when he does not like the individual.
My one issue is his use of Socratic irony to find the flaws in all positions offered by others while not presenting a clear positive perscription of his own. That having been said, he does something that I did not expect and recommended one of my favourite books (available from Audible as well as Kindle), The Machiavellians, by James Burnham. Anyone interested in political theory needs to read that book because the insights are very illuminating. Malice is bright, funny, and convincing. Loved the audiobook and the Kindle version.
