Genetics & life collide
I love how the author intertwined the story with science. I will be doing more reading on genetics & how this information is passed through families.

Good Listen
I got this book on sale and wasn't sure what I was getting into but so glad that I decided on this title. It was a heartwarming story and helped me understand so much about genetics. and the complications for a child born from a supermarket donor. Well done by both author and narrator.

Love it
Narrator is excellent (as always). I loved how well the author weaved the amazing science of genetics in an understandable and relatable way.

Unlikeable main character
The main character and narrator of this story is whiny and unlikeable. Paige seems to blame all her life's woes on her unreliable father. This becomes too much to listen to, over and over and over again. Paige's sister is correct when she calls her a bitch.
Also too many coincidences to be believable. I only had 1.5 hours left of listening, but I couldn't take it any more, and decided that I had better things to do with my time.
